The radical operation for vulval carcinoma was performed in 49 patients from Jan 1977 to Feb 1987. All patients received radical vulvectomy including superficial inguinal, femoral and deep femoral lymph nodes dissection, and most of them also had pelvic lymphadenectomy.

本文报告我院1977年1月～1987年2月手术治疗外阴癌部分患者共49例，所有患者均接受外阴广泛切除，腹股沟深浅淋巴结清除术，绝大多数患者进行了盆腔淋巴结清除。
